 ** CCP Students CANNOT order books online. They must come to Lakeland Community College Bookstore to receive their course materials. Please bring a photo ID. **


*Spring Financial Aid is not available till January 2025, all orders using Financial Aid will be canceled and need to be placed again in the New Year.*


Please read before ordering your textbooks:

    • **Please look to our homepage for updates on store hours.  

    • Online orders will be processed in the order they are received. In-store pick up is available now! Free shipping for orders over $35.

    • Orders placed after 1 p.m. may not be processed until the following business day (Monday – Thursday). Processing time may increase during the start of the semester.

In-store pick up: 

    • Please wait to pick up your order until you have received an email* stating your order is ready to be picked up (*check your spam folder).

    • Orders are picked up at the Lakeland Bookstore.

    • Photo ID is required for pick up.

    • If someone else is picking up your order, please state their name in the order comments.

    • Orders that are not picked up after two weeks will be refunded, re-shelved, and charged a 10% restocking fee (not exceeding $25).

Shipping: 

    • We cannot ship to a P.O. box. 

    • Free shipping will be included for orders over $35.

    • Orders under $35 will be $9.95.

    • Additional charges may apply if shipped out of the Continental United States.

    • Tracking information can be emailed* upon request (*check your spam folder).

Textbooks:

    • E-books do not automatically download, codes must be picked up or shipped.

    • Dropping classes does not automatically cancel your order. To receive a refund, you must pick up your order and make returns in accordance with the Lakeland Bookstore’s Return Policy.

    • Any textbooks purchased after refund deadline are not refundable.

    • Textbook information is as up-to-date as possible based on information provided by the Lakeland Community College faculty.

    • The booklist and/or pricing are subject to change at any time.
